Update On Rich

As many of you know, my brother, the Demi-God Richard Powell, is currently traversing the Arctic Circle on a Harvard Millenium Fellowship, interviewing eskimos (correct term: inuits) along the way in order to collect field data for the Inuit Circumpolar Conference (ICC) to help with the creation of formal complaint to the Federation of American States arguing that the inuits are already feeling the effects of global warming and are deserving of humanitarian aid. Rich called last night from a hotel in Intuit (I think thats right. If not, Rich, correct me.) at the very northern tip of the northwest territories. He's traveling to the town of Barrow, Alaska this weekend if (big if) the weather is agreeable to traveling. These are two pictures Rich took in a town called Yellow Knife somewhere way up North.
